1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mekbet platform and all its services. When you register on mekbet, create an account, or use any of our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Registration Information

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mekbet may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information for verification on time may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

3. Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on mekbet is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.4 Right to Cancel Transactions

mekbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any deposit or withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the Terms is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. If the requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per account.
• Bonus funds can be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• mekbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. VIP Program

The mekbet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Regular and active players may be promoted to a higher tier. VIP benefits apply only to active account holders who are complying with the Terms. mekbet reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mekbet platform:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or other benefits.
• Placing bets using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Harassing or acting harmfully toward other users.
• Abusing or manipulating promotional benefits.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all associated balances. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is automatically cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

8.2 Incorrect Odds or Information

mekbet may void bets placed on the basis of clearly erroneous odds or information. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the account.

8.3 Event Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded unless a specific rule states otherwise.

8.4 Maximum Win Limits

mekbet may set a maximum win limit per single bet or per day for specific markets or games. These limits will be displayed in the relevant game or market information.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

In the event of a breach of the Terms, particularly if fraud or money laundering is suspected, mekbet may suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, all bonuses may be forfeited.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
